Do I need to be a member to attend?
 

Nope! We welcome everyone. But if you're the type who likes secret perks, discounted (or free) tickets, and early RSVPs... you might want to join the club.

What’s the deal with membership then?

Glad you asked. Here’s the real scoop: being a member isn’t just about skipping the cover.

Here’s what you get with the Yearly Membership ($100/year + $25 setup fee):
 

  • Free entry to every event—no cover, just dancefloor magic all year long. 

  • Our official “cup of the underground”: a sleek, lid-equipped tumbler that keeps your drinks—and our planet—on point. 

  • First drink on us—flash the tumbler and cheers to the start of your night (you bring the tumbler, we’ll bring the drink).

  • 25% off gear—get early dibs and discounts on merch, including anniversary drops, designed for the true heads. 

  • Bring your vibe-checked crew—members can bring up to two guests per event at a discounted rate. 

  • Basement vibes, 24/7—our members-only channels let you stay connected long after the last track, sharing music, pics, and the love. ​

How do I know if I’m a member (or if my membership is active)?

Easy:

  1. Go to www.labasement.com
  2. Log in using the email you used to sign up
  3. Click your name (top right corner)

  4. Select “My Subscriptions” or “My Account”

  5. If it’s active, you’re good to go. If not, you can renew right there

How do I get my free member ticket?

  1. Make sure you’re logged in

  2. Head to the event page

  3. Click “Get Tickets”

  4. Select the quantity (usually 1 member ticket)

  5. Your 100% discount will apply automatically

  6. Complete checkout—your QR code will be emailed to you
    You can also access it under your account Events too!

Wait, so if I show up without my ticket...?

​We will kindly ask you to step aside and grab your ticket online, especially if there’s a line behind you while you're digging through emails... oof. Save us all the pain—get your QR code ahead of time.

Can I bring a guest?

​Yes! As a member, you’ll receive a coupon code each month that allows you to bring up to two guests at a discounted rate. Keep an eye on your inbox for your unique code. *Coupons are valid for $10 off per order, up to 2 uses*

How do I use the guest coupon code?

  1. Go to the event page

  2. Click “Buy Tickets”

  3. Add a ticket

  4. Click “Checkout”

  5. Enter the coupon code on the right-hand side and hit Apply

  6. Complete payment

  7. Repeat for guest #2
